This service is owned by BSNL and is operated by Digitech Telematics Pvt.Ltd., in consortium with Sahastratronic Controls Pvt. Ltd.,under a contract with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd, Corporate Office, New Delhi for western zone covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa for postpaid mobile and landline bill payments to be further explored for other utility bill payment collection services in these states.

Digitech Telematics Pvt. Ltd. is an up-coming enterprise specially focused on c-Commerce solutions using Converged Computer Telephony technology.
